: (1) If a person, firm, company or organization wishing to operate a driver training center, bus truck body manufacturing factory or automobile workshop wants to obtain permission to operate such business, the Act According to section 159, an application must be submitted to the department in the form of Schedule-59 along with the following documents and the application as per Schedule-3:
(a) Certificate of citizenship of the proprietors, partners or first operators who wish to operate training centres, factories or workshops,
(b) Registration certificate, income tax registration certificate and tax exemption certificate if the training center, factory or workshop intended to be operated was previously operated under any other name,
(c) The charter and regulations of the training center, factory or workshop intended to be operated,
(d) Details of employees, operators and other workers working under the training center, factory or workshop intended to be operated.
(2) If an application is made as per sub-rule (1), the department, after conducting the necessary investigation, deems it appropriate to allow such training center, factory or workshop to operate, subject to the Act and other provisions mentioned in this regulation, and register it in the registration book as per Schedule-60 and train in the format as per Schedule-61 A license to operate a center, factory or workshop will be issued.
